Dear Human Resources Colleagues,
It is with sincerity and enthusiasm that I accept the opportunity as Vice President of CIHRA Board of Directors.
Senior thought leaders in strategic human resources and across industry insist an organization’s competitive strength
is based upon the strength of its bench of talent. The talent of our bench is outstanding and it is an honor
to be part of.
Each & every Committee and Board member, and, the membership as a whole, continues to grow as we Connect, Lead and
Excel. It is evident the strength & passion of the members, who, in fact, are the Committees, Leadership
and Board, established a very successful foundation for our future. Affiliate members continue to drive excellence in
programming, support resources, strategic networking and benchmarks respected throughout business.
Our own succession plan is a continual process of mining talent. Success breads confidence, not necessarily the reverse.
As each member succeeds in their own personal and professional development, others notice. As they notice, they become involved,
attracting talent themselves. Experiencing what Crest International Human Resources Association provides members, success
is imminent.
